Hi! I’m Anya, a 24-year-old student. I’m from Thailand—a country full of delicious dishes and unforgettable flavours.

Growing up with Thai food around me, I’ve always loved exploring different tastes, from savory dishes to sweet treats. Thai food will always remind me of home.

But if there’s one food that has a special place in my heart, it’s fried chicken — especially Thai-style Hat Yai fried chicken. Crispy, flavourful, and full of memories. Since moving to Vancouver, I’m always on the hunt for the best fried chicken spot in the city!

Of course, desserts are a must. I can never say no to ice cream and cookies, especially Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream from Ben & Jerry’s.
